You may or may not be aware that I have signed myself up to do the London 10000 run on 25th May this year. Some kind folk have already sponsored me which I wasnt expecting.
The trouble is, I just dont think Im ready. Everytime I go for a jog I end up walking most of it as I feel so unhealthy and cant breathe properly.
Im so annoyed with myself, because I feel like Im letting everyone (including myself) down. I dont feel like Ive put the effort in that I needed to, and I could cry.
It means so much to me to do it, but I just dont know if I physically can. I hate feeling so unmotivated, and Im just angry with myself

It doesn't matter if you find that you'd rather walk some/most/all of it - that's completely valid - I'm pretty sure that lots of others will be doing the same...
You're definitely not letting anyone down, though - am sure you'll finish it to the best of your current ability and will raise lots of lovely money!
